The Human Resource Department is within the City Manager’s Office. This department oversees the employment process, including recruitment and training and development of current employees. It participates in negotiations and administers policies and procedures. The Department is also responsible for risk management and workers compensation administration. It ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
