About Us:

Today, Oak Park's Library is more than a collection of books, periodicals, audio and video tapes for the public to borrow. It has also developed into the community’s center for cultural events ranging from concerts and art exhibits to special children’s events. Moreover, today’s patrons also have computer access to the holdings of more than 50 other area libraries.

The Library houses more than 2,000 Russian language books. The Oak Park Public Library is a member of The Library Network, a consortium of 65 members libraries located in Wayne, Oakland, Livingston and Washtenaw Counties. The Library is connected to the Internet.
